Privacy policy

What we collect: your name, email, WhatsApp number, password (stored only as a secure hash), Telegram account details if you use our bot, identity documents (photo ID and selfie), payout details, payment proofs, account records and messages with support.

Why: to verify your identity, operate your managed account, process deposits and withdrawals, and contact you.

Who can see it: only our administrator. Identity documents and payment proofs are never publicly accessible. We do not sell your data.

Messages: we send account notifications by Telegram (if linked), email (when available) and in your dashboard.

Security: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private file storage and an audit log of account changes.

Your choices: you can update your WhatsApp number and payout details in your profile, and contact support to ask about or delete your data, subject to record-keeping obligations.

Cookies: we only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.
