What is the minimum investment?
The minimum capital is $5,000.00.
How is profit shared?
60% of any recorded profit goes to you and 40% to the trader. Losses are shared in the same proportion.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Trading is risky, results can be negative, and you can lose some or all of your capital. We never promise a return.
How do I deposit?
Choose crypto (the wallet address is shown in your dashboard), or bank transfer / e-wallet (our support team sends you the details personally). Always include your AUREX reference, then submit your proof of payment.
Does the website or bot take money from my account?
Never. You send deposits yourself. There is no wallet connection and no automatic debit.
How do withdrawals work?
Request an amount up to your available balance from your dashboard. Withdrawals are paid manually to your payout details and then marked as paid, with a reference where available.
Why do you need my ID and a selfie?
To confirm your identity before accepting funds. Your documents are stored privately and are only visible to our administrator.
Why do you need my WhatsApp number?
So our team can contact you about your account, deposits and withdrawals.
Can I use Telegram instead?
